I always hated the that saying... it's OBVIOUSLY going to be hit or miss... cause it's the only two outcomes! either you'll hit it... or you'll miss it!

a marginal sucesss means it still was a slight hit... ASS MUNCH, and so it wasn't a miss...

lets break this down... if you miss... you fail completely... if you don't fail completely... you didn't miss... in other words you fucking hit!

if your trying to blow something up with a hand grenade... if you throw the grenade and it blows up the target it's a hit... if it doesn't it's a miss...
