No biotch I lived it !! :lol: Ok that was a long time ago so the "workout tape that I never would use" is about how it would be now. :lol:
I do go to the gym but it's sure nothing like what these guys do or what we used to do.

i figured as much but it was way too tempting to resist that one. I "took" the Army workout class for a few years. :)

I love P90X. Once I feel better I'm going to start doing it again.

Having served in the Navy, I have gotten to see a SEAL or two in action in the gym. The ones I saw were absolute animals, working out with an intensity I have never seen before.
