Well yeah thanks but it's just something a friend shot on the spur of the moment with either a camera phone or a cheap $100 digital camera...I can't remember which one he actually used. We had been out on the boat not to do a photoshoot of the car. I was cleaning out some old stuff and ran across these and wanted to see if they would even post...and this is "Cage Hell" not "Post a high quality video". :idk:

LOL...no I don't mean the quality is weak I just mean the car speeding down a straight road is weak.

Now if the Vette was flying down the road, then made a U-turn at 60mph and accelerated back...then you'd have something there.

 Ok gottcha !! I can't disagree with that. :rockout: I'll work on it. We do practice J-turns in the high performance VIP defensive driving course that I have to attend due to my employment but it's fun when it's someone else's car !!

Naa...I just posted it so some of you could see and hear the car. I never post video's unless it's something from youtube so I wasn't even sure it it would post. :cf:

I may have some better videos from when I attended a Skip Barber driving school but I was in an SRT-10 Viper...not my Vette. The Viper was a blast to drive and stuck like glue but sounded like azz compared to the Z06. :idk:

Just saw this...been offline while in Puerto Rico for a week.

Yep that would be the first clue.

Reyna1...I bought the car completely stock back in 2002 with 9k miles on it.

Since then I've added a Magnacharger SC ...a higher flowing air intake system...blower cam...headers...high flo cats...a cat-back exhaust and 3:90 gears. The car was also lowered. It also has bigger injectors...and a few other parts to support the higher horsepower.

If I had to do it again I'd probably not have put the 3:90's in...I would have gone with 3:73's or even stayed with the stock 3:42's. The stock gears started giving me issue so I needed to make a change and got a deal on the 3:90's. :idk:

It's not a race car but it is a pretty fun "hot street car". :rockout:

Thanks.

Thanks. Well if you drive it normal...what (?!?!?!?) it does get in the upper 20's on the highway.

Got a about 28 mpg on the highway when it was stock. 6th gear had no power and was basically an overdrive...around 1500 rpm lugging along at 70 mph if I remember correctly.

Now if you play hard it's not so great but still not as bad as most would think.
