For texting, I hear some people say they can't stand txting on a touchscreen. I guess they want to know they've actually pressed something? Dunno. :idk:

Finger grease on a screen is gross...

I like the surepress screen of the blackberry storm. Gives you best of both worlds. You get to keep the bigger screen size and have feedback that avoids miss pressing.

I don't text....... I hardly even speak.. :idk:

I was too old when the txt boom started, but I gotta admit it has its uses. Sometimes you just want to say something without wasting time saying hi or bye.

I'm just antisocial...

I used to be a strict keyboarder.. but the iPhone cured me of that. I don't really care either way.. and the screen cover I have makes that whole fingerprint issue far less of an issue.

The problem I have with some keyboards is that they make the buttons really stiff to push, so it takes longer to do anything.

I typically prefer the keyboard but since my glyde is fuckin up again I'm sorta looking at the storm

I prefer the keyboard for now.

I've been using a touchscreen and haven't had any real issues, even with my big fingers.

I'm anti touch screen anything, cause I'll break it too easily.

Meh...I'm for both?? I have big fingers so either way its a little hard to adjust to.

either way. I basically stopped looking at the keys to my iPhone after about a month or so and don't miss the buttons very often even though they're not "there"

Trip is so right! I have used the storm... it rocks!

My instinct is tricky to text

I hate both so it doesn't really matter. The phone I have now is a touchscreen and I like it.

I like the surepress.. but i still have to look at the screen... where as with keys... I can memorize where they are by feel. so I type much faster with those... but I wouldn't trade out my touch screen just for that.

one thing I thought about with the iPhone though - I can't use the thing with gloves on so if I pull over and want to send a text I have to take my gloves off which does tend to annoy the hell out of me.

yeah I was thinking about that... but more about the GPS feature... gonna have to try it out... but I think I'm gonna end up just buying an actual GPS that'll handle the gloves :idk:

That only happens to me if I've had a fair bit to drink. Carolina likes to say that even the autocorrect can't help me then.

I prefer the touchscreen on my iPhone.

Yeah, I noticed that too... but it's such a rare inconvenience for me that it doesn't really bother me. I couldn't really text with my Tilt with gloves on either, so the point is moot for me anyway.

I dunno, im kind of hard on stuff, and the keys on my curve are fine, even for my big sausage fingers.

Less screen the better me thinks.
