1. Running 200 yards
2. Dragging an unconscious body 50 yards away from a car
3. Running up and down 2 flights of stairs,3 times
4. Pushing open a 100 lb weighted door
5. Doing 20 push ups
6. Doing 20 sit ups
7. Running up and down 2 flights of stairs,3 times
8. Crawling down a 100 ft long drainage pipe
9. Doing 20 push ups
10. Doing 20 sit ups

All within 8 minutes
