I put in some hours on yesterday. Got most of the damage repaired and started working on the headlight. He's where it is so far. I'm hoping to have everything ready for paint by next weekend.

Looking good.

Will the single light have Hi and Lo beams or just one?

I haven't sanded or started on the bondo/resin. I've only mounted the cup and put down glass to repair the damage. This coming weekend, I should be able to get everything smooth and ready for paint.

Here's a better angle of the headlight mount.

at close range HIDs are freakin hazardous to your vision.

Especially if you take the ballast and bulb out of the box, don't actually put the bulb into a headlight and fire it up. Right casey?

The bike will be doing double duty for a while until I can get another street ride since I sold the DRZ.

A number plate will cover that up nicely.
