WOOOOOOT! Chris, if you need a hand just call......... um... Denno :D
Already bled the brakes & cleaned up the caliper pistons, got the gigantic dents out of my gas tank, sanded & prepped the bodywork for paint & had the front & rear suspension rebuilt.
Still need to......
Change oil and
Install:
Chain
Sprockets
Brake pads
Bodywork
Should be all set to go after that :) Can't friggin wait to see my new paint job!

Getting my ass handed to me as an expert, but improving. Cut 2 seconds off my fastest time at LVMS last weekend during the WERA round. I'm debating doing the track day tomorrow to see if I can cut a little more off, since the weather's perfect.

There is approximately 0% chance that this bike will not be crashed

Only bad thing about having a DRZ, when I went to ride the CBR hard the first time this season, I thought something was wrong with the bike. Suspension felt like shit, the bike handled like shit, the damn thing wouldn't turn. Then I remembered I wasn't on the DRZ and the thing doesn't have a 12" travel. It's definitely strange getting on the sportbike for the first time in the season.

Yeah that is a big difference...
Also, since the last time I had this thing on a track it has:
new clutch plates and springs
added a damper
new shock
serviced forks and resprung and revalved
new chain and new gearing
new brake pads and fluid
other stuff that shouldn't affect performance/handling
completely different machine... need to get this thing dialed in.
I've documented all my settings and I'm going to make myself a little worksheet to keep track of all that stuff and changes i make, temp and conditions, etc...
