Justifiable force? I'm surprised they waited 2-1/2 minutes before cuffing him and taking him down. They gave him ample opportunity to follow their instruction.

As far as excessive force, well the one really fat cop tried to break some of the guy's ribs by knee dropping him. I mean, there were three of them, they should of restrained and cuffed him easily. Yea, well not to start a big thing (honestly), I never seen cops use that much restraint or waste that much time in the hood. I saw a brother tasered a few weeks ago over a couple lines of argument and he wasn't even the one getting arrested. He was trying to stick up for his friend who was under arrest for fighting. :idk:

I think they were too nice to him. You have two choices when dealing with a naked man that won't get dress. One is to get the rookie to tackle him. But judging by the shape of the cops they have been on the force for more then a few months. Second is to taze him and be careful when grabbing for his wrists.

I think they were really trying to help the guy by asking him to get dressed. It was freezing out.

They gave him more then enough time and when they tried to arrest him he resisted, more then once.

Plus if you watch the video, before he was tazed he reached for the cops belt towards his gun (or his dick) so at that point tazing him was the thing to do.
