Well all the LL's meddeling and being a PITA is going to bite him in the ass even further. The dude downstairs is moving out as I type this. I overheard him on the phone last week saying hes fed up with his BS and hes only been a tennant for a month. He also said he will tell him hes leaving when hes ready so i dont know if he knows yet.
So now hes gonna loose 800 or so from no rent down there and about the same for half of our months rent. he says we should do the right thing and pay the second half if we stay past the 15th:wtfru: so couple that with him realistically not being able to get a tennant till july hes prety screwed. The appt here needs some TLC and a serious paint job. Plus the appt downstairs is illegal so I dont know ho wmuch he will advertise for that, and so far only had one person look at this place and the missing snake thing went over prety well :lol
so if karen took care of the homeowners ins today we could be looking at 2 weeks and c'ya.

Thats what were hoping on, plus we will tell any prospective tennants how he is. Funny thing is he still doesnt realize that hes the problem not everyone else.

Got one pissed off and one real scared expression. LL gave me the WTF speech I told him shit happens, they guy was like how do you find it I told him you dont you hope it finds you and put him back. I told them it was only mildly venemous too. I am wondering if I will get a visit from the county LOL

OMG that would be hilarious to watch. When I say that I'm thinking someone like me looking at the place going WTH!!!!! I'm outta here. I wouldn't even be looking at the apt I'd be looking around corners for a snake to pop out and leaving as fast as possible.

this guy cracks me up. he said we could try to be civil for the last few weeks, I figure ok whatever. Now he wants me to mow the lawn and if we stay past the 15th it would be the right thing to pay the other half of the months rent:lol I iwll be sure to get right on that.
Turns out the homeowners ins place wants all their money up front for the first year so that another 1200 I gotta spend and not use on rent. :lol:

had a good idea today. Hes now paining the basement since its officially empty. I have keys to go down there. Fungo sjust shed today so maybe I will go place it down there in an easy to be seen spot. Of course I will stretch it out so its pushing 8 feet long:rockwoot:

That is just cruel..................awesome but cruel. I would also put in a little remark about how he hasn't eaten in a week or two and he is probably hunting his next meal. Of course his response would be there's nothing in the basement. you then say............except you of course, better be careful down there.
