I don't know that I'd call the woman dumb in that instance and I'll be that the cop got slapped down fo rit. He threaded those cars awfully fast.

Anyone here smart enough to use the street markings and time to estimate the officer's speed?

My mom has a 2002 Impala similar to what a lot of cops drive. I'm not sure if that was the car but my mom's Impala can stop fast as shit. When I used it a few weeks ago to drive to Savannah (her car 24mpg, my 1500 14 or so) I had a deer jump out in front of me similar to that woman and I jacked those brakes hard as hell. Holy shitballs did that thing stop fast as hell. I was rolling about 75-80mph.

I don't really get what happend. Was that woman a cop? Why was she in the road? If that was an accident scene or where the cop should be going and why did he blow through it fast?

When I stopped the video it did look like she was wearing a uniform to me. It also looked like the car that hit her was no longer on the main road, but I couldn't tell if it was a sideroad, construction access, or something else.
