Was all pumped up to go to Six Flags when my wife got home today. Had the snacks packed and got my son all excited about it.

A quick check on the website revealed that they close at 6pm. WTF is that? I don't remember it ever being so early before. They close at 8 on Friday and a whopping 10pm on Saturday.

Lame.

Give it another week or 2 when the kids are school. They should be open late during the week then.

Yup, you're right. I guess the season officially starts next week and they stay open til 8 during the week.

That's still a frickin rip though. The weather here in July and August isn't tolerable until around the time they close. I could swear I remember being there til around midnight when I was a kid.
