Looks like the police officer who shot somebody in the back as they were being held on the ground may get his just deserts..

I love the "oh I thought that was my taser" excuse! :lol: Imagine his Captain trying to explain that to the kids mother...:panic: Besides, if I'm not mistaken the kid was cuffed and another cop had his knee in his back...why did he even need to taser him?:idk: Gee I wonder what he was doing in Nevada when they found him?
