K... I think it's rained like almost everyday in June here. Save one or two hours of clearing the odd day. It looks like rain into the first week of July. I don't have a rain coat to fit me properly and I am not going to go buy one since I have 3 weeks left of infestation.

I was really glum when I took the insurance off my bike due to the baby.... But man do I feel bad for everyone else. I chuck my husband out the door when the weather is a little bit decent so he can ride his bike. He'll be busy in a few weeks and won't get the chance as easily.

Stop sending us all your weather systems will you??? They keep getting stuck over my city!!!!

I love it here for so many reasons but dammit this weather is driving me batty. It's enough to get stuck inside in the winter due to snow, but the summer is supposed to be freedom.

Anyway,

Done my rant.

sounds like somebody is ready to be done with preggoness. lol

instead of buying a rain coat just go get one of those blue tarps to wrap around you, later you can use it to cover the bodies of those who pizzed you off while you were pregnant. :)

Seriously wow I can't believe it's only three weeks left for you. that seemed to go very fast.

Yeah.... It does seem to have flown by. My little weather rant is about as nuttso as I've been with the hormones and such. I think I'm saving it up until after the baby is born. Apparently, it gets worse while your body is trying to adjust to it's new role. My husband remarked the other day that I wasn't nearly as crazy as he thought pregnant women were supposed to get. :dribble:

Save for the odd tearing up at during a movie, I'm pretty stable. My hormones don't usually get the best of me. If I am angry or upset, it's usually justified. I have to deal with too much emotional crap everyday at work to let things get the best of me.

We'll take some if you want to send it down to us!

16 of the past 17 days we have broken records for high temps. We have been over 100 every friggin day. And before you Yankees start running your mouths, that is not normal this early in the summer, even for us. Our lakes are drying up and we are in a drought.

But today it is dark and scary outside and it's threatening to rain! How exciting!

It probably won't even rain. It seems like it's coming from the South...

I was about to come in with, "don't even get me started!" but, I'm sure we're getting equal precipitation on either side of the harbour.

Last summer at this time, I had about 8000kms on my bike. This summer I have about 2000 and they've all been around town...
