And this is a shock to anyone? I've been hearing people complain about police quotas for the last 30 years.
Dave and I gave the friendly police officer a 5 on his evaluation!

I love how cops always claim there's no quotas...........Meanwhile, part of their performance evaluation is based on how much activity they logged when on patrol.

A local rider was a cop for a long time and said no matter what you hear, there is ALWAYS a quota.

I think it was on the first page but he said after vacations, sick time, training and so on they are working about 10 months a year.

I find the quota up roar funny. Don't so wrong and you fuck up the quota. If they want I'm sure it would be pretty easy to give out 30-40 a day.
It doesn't matter if they got a quota or not.

10 months isn't working hard enough?
James

thats not what i wanna hear, i know quotas can be justified in some instances but this is nuts. (especially since i wanna be a cop) They wanna see activity, if your not pulling in crooks youd better be writing tickets if your not writing tickets youd better be doing public outreach (shaking hands and talking to kids n such).

Because only the worst offenders should be ticketed.........Not every single person who's driving only 5 over the limit just because some cop has a quota to meet.
