OK this is one of Six Bikes that my wife and I own and it is times to thin the heard.
As you can see this is a Highly Customized 2001 Victory Externally the original Flamed paint Job has been accented with the addition of flamed side covers and a custom Air Brushed Skull over the Victory V on the tank.

Floorboards ,Wheels spokes, Head light , Running lights rear brake pedal and Lower Forks have all been powder coated black. The flame motif is continued in the Corbin Hollywood Solo seat and matching Corbin Pillion with flame stitching. (the stock seat and Pillion will go with the bike.) The bags are Chippewa and are mounted on ghost brackets so at the turn of a key you can remove them, for the purposes of cleaning the bike or securing your cargo. Additionally the original sealed beam headlight has been replaced by a much brighter projector head light. All mounted in the stock setting.
The engine has been professionally built Lloydz Motor works of Pinebush NY.( Perhaps the best Victory Wrench on the east coast) Internally the engine has been enlarged to 101 cubic inches using 10.5 to 1 J.E. pistons. Heads have ported and larger custom exhaust and intake valves added . Additionally the cams are Custom Grinds based on an Andrews Cam Set. All of this combines to put down a Dyno Measured 104 Rear Wheel Horse Power with 98 foot pound of Torque.
While it is a Cruiser this is not a Posers Bike .
$6500

Is that a Kingpin, or was that back before Victory was giving names to their bikes?

It is a V92 C with lots of custom touches. It Pre-Dates the King Pin by 3 years.
They came Stock with Brembo Brakes, and stainless lines (kingpins switched to in house stuff)
There are some white spots in the close up of the skull that are lighting issues the paint has in in excellent shape (not show quality by great for a street bike.
