No problem, bro! We just set the Rider sag, and set rebound and compression to the suggested settings from the Sportrider.com chart from where they tested the bike. Simple, great place to start, and overlooked by most riders.

He set it for me!!!! he can explain I have no idea how,, I just sat on the bike, lifted the bike, sat on the bike, lifted the bike,,,etc:dribble:
