Heya peeps...

Just thought I'd post a little message...

At 0348 on July the 25th, after 3 days of freak'n labour... I had a little girl :)

Callie Evelyn Grace Godin 7.11 pounds, 20.5 inches in all.

We've hardly slept. Everything is a big deal until she figures things out. Not an easy job when you are only 2 days old. I got big old hooters for breast feeding - and it's all damm cool! I'd recommend child birth to everyone. By far the best, most exciting thing we have ever done!!

Wow! Hubby better be leaving chocolates on your pillow and putting rose petals down for you to walk :lol:

Nope.. My husband and I both have two middle names... So we gave our little one 2 as well :)

My grand mother's names were Jean and Mabel... :dribble: They seemed a little too old fashioned for ma' baby girl...


Thanks to all for the thanks. It's weird how you quickly forget all the pain of child birth and would do it all over again. The human body is truly amazing.

I've driven on the race track and jumped out of airplanes, and this is by far the best most exciting thing I have ever done.


It's sooo crazy how that works.

And I completely agree that there is nothing else in this world like seeing your own baby for the first time and holding her. Everything changes.
