The "we dont pay humans to talk" told me I had to pay $95 for another phone. Thats with insurance. They can go fuck themselves.

Funny, I had the same question about Sprint (the worst in the business, IMO)

Fuck verizon. They charge for everything.

Sprint treats me very well.

Sprint has real shitty coverage here.

Yeah that is the brake on it all. And different from company to company and from city to city.

My overall point of view is simple.

Verizon has great coverage overall but they charge too much, and nickle/dime ya. Plus their phone selection, exception Dingleberry Storm, sucks.

AT&T has ok coverage, about the same as Sprint. The company is being carried by the iphone and they still, while not as bad as verizon, try to nickle/dime ya.

Sprint has same coverage of AT&T, both less than verizon, has a great selection of phones, and for the most part have the best priced packages with a good number of them that don't charge extra for the normally used goodies like internet, text, pic mail.

Gas pretty much hit the nail on the head. The truth is they all suck and insurance is a freakin' scam.

I have one of those Dingleberry Storms, I am not sure if you were saying it was a good phone or not, but I think it's great. However, it's about as good as it gets for Verizon.

Hopefully they'll get something cool soon.

I used to hate Verizon but they are good now. I've been with them for 9 years now. Their customer service sucked horse cock when I was first with them but I think they have changed their ways over the 9 year period. Oh I forgot to mention that I get a 22% corporate discount with them so I can put up with a few shenanigans if I had to.

I agree, they all suck, just in different ways! I'll give a small shout out to T-Mobile. So far (1 year)they've been really good as far as phone coverage, customer service and plan price. I called them Sun and got an American in about 2 min and he took care of my problem in 30 sec. Btw my problem was that my 1000 anytime, unlimited nights & weekends plan went from $49 to $39. He changed it for me and reimbursed me for the previous month as well!:rockwoot: I guess they are still small enough to give a fuck about their customers, give it a couple years and I'm sure that will change...

I've never had to wait a long time to speak to someone on the Verizon customer service line.

AT&T, on the other hand.....I had to call them yesterday about my new phone and I waited on hold for 20 mins and gave up. I ended up having to talk to our purchasing department and have them contact our AT&T rep directly, to avoid wasting any more time on hold because this stuid phone wouldn't activate.
