"Critics have described the loosely defined group as smug (http://www.boston.com/lifestyle/fashion/articles/2009/07/16/putting_the_hate_on_hipsters/), full of contradictions (http://www.smh.com.au/news/opinion/lisa-pryor/2008/10/24/1224351538147.html) and, ultimately, the dead end of Western civilization. Atlanta has waaay too many of those fuckers. Now if we could just find a way to block all Apple products from working they would finally go away.

I mean seriously, how can you afford a $500,000 loft painting pictures that don't sell to anyone but the government?

Hmm, well let's see, I don't own any berets, trucker hats, cowboy hats, necklaces, chain-wallets, nightclub shades, t-shirts with bands or movie names on them, 2-inch wide emo belts with huge buckles, bumper stickers on my car, or huge aviator shades. Plus I don't know about any "indie" bands because I flat-out don't pay attention to the music world, in fact I don't buy any music at all, and basically only listen to the radio.

BTW, I'm not sure how attending a "water balloon toss" makes those people hipsters.... Looks more like a gay/lesbian pride event.

You have just been banned from a cycling forum!

They both seem to go together. Being gay is hip now. When gay is no longer hip they'll no longer be gay.
