I just need to get my head over/down a bit more and my torso will follow. As I get fatigued, I tend to sit up. I do pretty well at keeping my body parallel to the bike's centerline though.
That positioning is after 1.5 days of hard track riding and as I got more tired, that is the position my body put itself in in order to be comfortable it seems... I've got some winter training plans to increase strength and endurance. |
