Smiles...the owners manual provides a pretty good base for suspension settings. I trust you've read through that though.

Ndeed Marko I have. It is more helpful than most owners manuals concerning set up. I also have Sportriders settings for the 1125r and the Roadracing World 1125R and CR track day notes. I have a good baseine now, but am trying to work out perfection...

Right on, brutha. I've got mine in the ball park. It's a just a touch still for daily riding. However, when railing...it's right where it needs to be.

Thats the way I like em. Doesnt bother me to ride thru some harshness on the street due to my track biased settings, however it is hard to find that track tight balance on the street?!

Boy, I totally agree with that! I have mine where I want it finally! Or at least I've learned to live with where it is...:idk:

I took the ZX to 4-5 track days and nailed the gearing and settings for my fav track.
I admit it is harsh and buzzy at a highway or city pace, but in the twisties it carves inside most of the other bikes I ride with and I can pull in thetrack and be 100 pct from first session. The Buell will be there soon! Alot of it has to do with where your suspension travel is for 8 and 9/10ths pace. Without the extra load it does compress as much and feels harsh...

Yea, ever since I had my forks and shock done by Racetech, my bike only felt right riding in the city with my gf on the back!
