Agreed.
I saw a lot of exposure for this whiney rant on internet "news" sites, basically saying that it's making the rounds on all the social networking sites. I hope that means people are thinking "Wow, look how pathetic this person is," and forwarding it on so their friends will concur.
Unfortunately, I'm much more inclined to think that most people are reading it thinking "Wow, I really agree. My time is precious, and I should never be written up for being habitually 20 minutes late. Because while my job is important enough to write a 2000 word "resignation letter" for, it's not nearly important enough to actually do what I'm paid to do." Then forwarding it on to their fellow entitlement junkies.
