That's where I was.... Paying insurance, property tax, plates, etc on bikes that I never rode just didn't make sense... but again, to each their own.

I agree, I think that I an happy with 2, possibly 3.

I want a cruiser or tourer (goldwing/harley etc)
Sport bike or supermoto
Dualsport

In ND it's actually cheaper (at least for me) to insure year round. I get an annual discount that makes it more affordable than to just insure them for 6-9 months. Plus, I never have to worry if the insurance is up to date on them or not... I just get on and go!

for me I would just like to add a GS900 to get some dual sport. I honestly have no desire to go back to sportbikes... other than that, maybe a small dirt bike.

But if money is no object... I'd have several other bikes that do the same thing...
