No it's not the same, because it's worse. Mine was done just for artistic fun on a tiny funny bike that I use to promote my work. I change it regularly when I damage the vinyl. You take yours as serious emotional attachment.

So which org recognizes you as holding the 11? Mine is just for display on a non streetbike that doesn't get tracked.

Thanks, man. It just always seemed to be around so I stuck with it.

17 has always been my lucky number. I booked a flight to Florida this January in seat 17a and ended up sharing the whole ride with my high school crush in 17b.

Lets just say that that affirmed my trust in lucky number 17....

Matt Kenseth #17 won the Daytona 500 this year. If you are lucky, on your 50th birthday, you may get 17 presents.

All the track day orgs I've ridden with. Obviously if I start racing I'll need a 3 digit number. Congrats on not having a lucky number though, that's amazing.

started using 518 when i lived in florida because it was the area code to home back in NY and since moving back home i continued using it for demolition derbies and anything else using a number or screen name/gamertag

Was my original PeeWee footbal number, and I thought it looked good, so I kept it from then on for everything. Once my kid started racing, he kept the number, for his own reasons.

Who actually assigns numbers besides NESBA? Most of them could give a shit what stickers you put on your bike.

You are right, I don't have a lucky number, I don't need superstitious bullshit to make me feel better about how little we actually mean in this world, but I do have numbers I used for high school sports that I would use if I actually raced.

If it's shitty here, why are you still here? You should go, it's too shitty for you.
