200-300 feet away? No fucking way, it was closer than that and I guarantee that pilot is getting an earful from his superiors. The only reason that gave that distance is because that is the minimum distance they are allowed to come within buildings. He was closer and the Navy knows it.

I thought it was a fake since I didn't think they had apts like that around Detroit. I was there a few months ago and it looked like a war zone.

I had a jet fly by my corporate office pretty close one year while practicing for the Air and Sea show. The windows shook and I about jumped out of my chair. They sent some people to check the windows the next week.

People complained and the next year they were much farther away.

I remember a sports event flyover where one NG pilot broke up, rolled over the formation and rejoined. It was 'unauthorized' and he was supposed to have been busted down for it. I bet these pilots get a talkin to...
