I don't remember for sure, but I think they figured it out with Shane or right after Shane got shot in the comics. They buried him and went back and dug his ass up and shot him again. However, Shane was killed much earlier than he was in the TV show.

I think this will be a part of the beginning of next weeks episode, that and the fallout if any over shane getting killed and how/why it happened.

I'm just happy Dale is dead. He was an annoying bastard, sticking his nose in everyone's business and acting as the high and mighty moral voice of the group.

Well, they sorta set that up with the 'pack' on the highway... I think that's going to be a running theme throughout... It also happened in the first season when Rick went into ATL and his horse was killed...

I can see the roaming herd on the hwy and even the few times they went into town there were large groups of them. Going withthat you can see how they were checking the fence around the farm.

I kinda hope most of the episode is about them being overrun, soem episodes dragged on with barely any zombies.

Shane in the show is Rick's (from the comic) Tyler Durden.
