I didn't watch last night closely enough to see the poor officiating.

It seemed like there were a bunch of hooking, holding, and delay of game penalties that went uncalled on the Caps while every little thing was called on the Bolts, but the refs did allow a somewhat controversial goal by the Lightning so my bias could be at play. Ovechkin is still a chickenshit though.
