Bingo.
They've been playing both sides against the middle, since I can remember. It's all just a distraction to keep us occupied, while they quietly (hell, they don't even try to hide it anymore) line their pockets.
The fucked up part, (thanks founding fathers, assholes) is that the only people who can change it, are the ones in charge, and the banks own those jerkoffs outright.
