Not bad for 15 or 20 minutes of work...

The giant yellow bow ties (Chevy logos) on the grill and trunk of my slick black car were making my eye twitch....sooooooo....I blacked them out.

Much better look....and it was quick, easy and inexpensive to do too.

The black looks much better.

I remember back working for GM in early 2000 when they had some survey on whether they should change the Chevy bowtie to a larger one. I was highly against it because it looked quite gaudy.

It that black rattlecanned?:lol

did you buy it new?if you did, they come with 2 keys.if not, they are relativley cheapthey are only like $40.00ish.

good job on the blackout.at work,we have painted several bowties to match the stripes on the camaros.depending on the color combo,it looks pretty good.my wife works in outdoor advertising and she got some carbon fiber vinyl wrap the is very convincing.it has the 'sheen' effect at different angles of viewing.she wants to do the bowties on the malibu.

GM gives you two keys...I bet the dealer lost it and its about 400 bucks to replace.

I mean you didn't buy an Aveo...that car was prolly upwards of 35 grand.

nope...not even close.see the pic and depending on your options these are the only key/transmitters avail for the 2010-2011 camaros.they key will have to be cut and the fob will need programming.at my dealership that would be about another $65.00 dollars.

i'd tell the dealer they owe you a key.....

Love those new Camaro SS - fucking sick. Enjoy the ride - looks much better with the blacked out badges.
