Possible broken foot
 

So I think I broke or fractured a bone my foot today, specifically the 5th metatarcel.

It doesnt hurt unless I put pressure on the ball of my foot, but if I move my toes there is no pain but if I tug the toes side to side there is pain.

Should I go to the hospital or wait for tommorrow to see if it feels better

I would get it x-rayed. If its a jones fracture that can be a big deal, but from what you described I woulnt think so if its furter towards the toes. Usualy its just a hard soled shoe and weight bearing as tolerated. If you were up this way I would say swing by tonight i can get the x-ray done rather quickly.

The pain is mostly where I put the circle That lump is just a little more pronounced on my right foot than my left, but thats where the pain is

Did one like that in basic and refused treatment to keep from being recycled. Yoga permanent spur now and it ached for years. Go get it looked at

Very slight fracture, its barely visible on the xray. The guy tried to point it out to me and I couldnt see it

It was a super small fracture, I couldn't see it on the screen, but the doc said he could see it.

I wrote on facebook that I needed a screw put in my foot because my mother in law is over the house and the last words she said to me before I left the house was dont let this mess up my xmas. So I wrote on FB that I needed a screw and told some people to call her and tell her I needed surgery.

If you're going to go all in, tell her it's badly infected deep in the bone, and your foot may need to be amputated if the medications they've given you don't clear it up within a week.

Since its your MIL, after make sure you clarify that you really needed a screw from your wife.
