Injurys at work...
 

So last week one of my co workers broke her ankle and had to have surgery to fix it. she will be out for at least 8 weeks (did not happen at work)

to day my GM was opening the restaurant and was taken to the hospital with chest pain...

Is this a bit of bad luck of should i be worried. Mind you i am the only manager left now. Am I next or am I just going to be working open to close for the next couple of weeks? I am not bitching i just wanted to share because it is just a bit weird to me.

Injuries at work are the same as a bunch of people either quitting or getting fired...and all of it seems to happen in three's.

All mean more work and overtime for you, a possible promotion, and/or a chance to show you are capable of handling a higher position.

So, be careful nothing happens to you and show them what you can do! :dthumb:

Try working at Walmart, Everyone calls in for some type of retarded injury or illness. and customers wonder why there is no customer service anymore.

And the ones who do show up get trampled to death by shoppers looking to save 20 bucks on a vcr, cant blame them for staying home LOL
