The 2nd to last time I was home, I went to that one game vs. Tampa Bay where Papi hit the walk-off JUST over the short part of the right field wall, just behind Pesky's Pole. Pretty sick.

Do I miss it? Um....not at all. Maybe if I was stationed in ND or some shit. But I'll be in Vegas. Year-round riding, no snow and barely any rain, ya dig? yeah, it gets hot, but at least it's not humid.

I still remember those days. Counting down until you leave. It seems there is nothing you can do to take your mind off it. I say to sleep as much as absolutely possible if you want the time to go by a little faster. Tylenol PM or Advil PM can help with that. ;) Another option is to watch movies or read books. You'll get pulled in and forget about time for just a little while.

But just think back to when you got there. Seems like just yesterday, I bet. Now you're leaving. When our plane lifted off the ground, we all cheered, then went to sleep to try and make the flight a bit faster.
