got a fairing on the ZR, a couple more months riding
Just got a Slipstreamer SS-28 sport fairing for my ZR1100 tonight. Still have to "fine tune" the placement but it'll make the 50* drive to work in the morning a lot more comfortable :dthumb:
Did a short ride after the install and felt no air on the top of my legs plus my hands will actually stay warm :rockout: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...c/DCP_3973.jpg I'll get a better pic tomorrow. The sport fairing will allow me to ride at least until it snows :dthumb: Jeff edit more pics post eight |

Lookin good... whole bike shot?

nice. soon as it starts snowin, take the stock rubber off and throw some knobbies on it! I know, insane, but I'd seriously do it.

Nice job. The weather is def. turning in PA.

The fairing works pretty good in the rain. The wind comes over the windscreen and helpps keep thewater droplets off the face shield. :dthumb: Quote:
I have a 4WD Suburban, why would I even consider that for a 19 mile ride to work. :idk: Quote:

thats you, see I straight dont give a damn bout how bad the weather is, I'll ride. I gotta get me a KLR250 for a toy and slap some knobbies on it for off roading.
