Blond Moments

Whats your blond moment? Reason I ask is for no good reason I nearly dropped my bike today while trying to put down the right side kickstand

Only if you're referring to a female. Or was that the attempted joke?

Once I started it while it was in gear, pulled the clutch in to start then let it out right after. Bike lurched forward and tipped over. Doh.

That's the best I got. The rest of my "blond moments" happen at the track.

It was actually very recent. I have been used to riding my R6 and other sportbikes with single sided exhausts. The second day I had my VF, I came in from a ride and threw down the kickstand. When I put my left foot down, I leaned the bike to the left and bent down to look at the right side of the motor, forgetting that the VF has dual exhausts that exit about calf level. As I leaned farther, the can pressed right into the the inside of my leg. It cooked my skin about the size of 2 golf balls. It has been 3 weeks now and it is just starting to lose color and soften back up.... :bash::bash::bash:

Just the other day, I couldn't remember if I had to shift up or down for the next gear. I actually had to think about it for a few second before I took my chances with up..
