(review) Sliders Kevlar Jeans

I just got a pair of Slider Kevlar jeans off of Ebay today. I normally wear Lee jeans and the Sliders are the same size, fit wise. Get your normal size with these including length. I got 2" longer inseam and it probably wasn't necessary.

They look to be well made and were comfortable even before I washed them. They are warmer than regular jeans due to the Kevlar lining, but not bad even in the 90 degree heat today. I think these will be quite useful in the cooler weather.

Luckily I have no info on how well the Kevlar works on the road and I hope I never do. The ones I got do not have armor.

Here's an article I found on a comparison between Joe Rocket Steel Jeans and Sliders Kevlar Jeans http://www.webbikeworld.com/motorcyc...ders-jeans.htm

i have those same jeans, wear 'em everytime i ride.
fit like regular jeans, very happy with them.

i did unfortunately crash test them. other than a dime sized hole in the
denim above the kevlar they faired very well, tho i didn't slide @ all.

after 12 hours of riding and most of the miles either on the dragon or busting ass on the interstate back home...

did i mention curvy roads close to home

TN might just be the best state in the lower 48...
