Birthday-Christmas and Christmas-Birthday

My daughters have been wanting their own bike for a LONG time... we recently found the perfect bike. It's a 2009 Ninja 250 that had 423 miles on it. Basically a new bike for a discount.

It was Lexie's birthday yesterday, and couldn't keep the surprise from my oldest. They were both supposed to be at their father's house, but Jordan opted to stay here with me. So, we showed Jordan Sunday and gave it to Lexie last night. I'm now set for Lexie's Birthday-Christmas and Jordan's Christmas-Birthday.

Very cool! :dthumb:

So, will this be a street bike or track use only?

tached1000rr 11-24-2009 11:02 AM

cool stuff right there

My oldest is 15 and currently going through her drivers ed training. In Texas, at age 15 they can get a provisional motorcycle license before they can get a car license. So, it will be on the street.

Alexis is 12 - it will be on the track for her. Well, track for both of them.

Cool!
I wish I got something like that when I was younger.

BTW, your younger looks just like you! And how short(tall) is Evan?

azoomm 11-24-2009 04:38 PM

Thanks everyone! I think I might have been more excited than they were

We call her mini-me. Evan is an inch taller than I am at 5'11"

They told my ex, their father. He told Jordan he forbids her to ride it to school. What the heck? What would y'all do with THAT?

njchopper87 11-24-2009 05:16 PM

Awesome. I'm with the rest wishing I had the same opportunity at that age lol.

racedoll 11-24-2009 07:26 PM

What is up with the oldest and one glove?

Glad they liked it!

TYEster 11-24-2009 08:01 PM

That's totally freakin cool! I would've killed someone to get a sportbike at 15.

And LOL@the 2 "291"s in the background... Surprised HE could keep a secret.

Power play. Unless the bike is in his name, she can ride anything she has permission to ride.
