Kept hoping for oncoming (car or tractor trailer) traffic when he crossed double yellow.

Didn't look like he passed anybody dangerously, and the only time he crossed the double yellow is in places that there is plenty of visibility. I'm not saying that its right but he is doing the wrong thing in a responsiblish way
