You need to watch a show called scarred on MTV2. Ankles bend in just about any direction, they just need a few screws, rods, and pins to put them back in place.

Working from home today and ran up the stairs. Not a wise thing to do when you leg is still waking up after falling asleep. Halfway up the staircase sleepy foot decided to sleep on it's side.

Now the wait begins.

Once the intial "motherfuckers" where off...will this hurt like a bitch or will it shake it off like nothing happened.
