We left on Tuesday morning. The rally goes through Sunday. The death toll was up to 5 riders by Tuesday. None of those dumb bastards wear any gear. I wore full leathers for the ride there, and Helmet/Jacket/Gloves/Jeans/Boots the entire rest of the trip. I was hotter than hell, but I was going to wear my gear no matter what. I was going through a gallon of water in my camelbak per day, easily.

Let's get some kind of timeline thing going here, figure out who needs him the soonest, and what is actually doable. This coming weekend is the absolute soonest I can ride him somewhere to meet someone. And, I'm limited to a 1-day round trip. Kansas City would be about perfect.

I just hate that he gets mailed around... the whole idea was to make him only travel by bike... OSP had issues and so no handoff was done... so the exception was made... but I dunno... just defeats the purpose imo if we mail him around everywhere...

JTemple and I are workin on a time to exchange him. My wear bands started comin through yesterday so I have to wait for some tires that I ordered last friday to get here before I ride to St. Joe to meet him.

The soonest I'll be able to get him to t-rock is 08/30, which doesn't give him much time to take him around for pics. We're thinking if you're coming through Omaha, I can just give him to you, and t-rock can get him later on.
