About 11:30 it started raining....but we made it home fine by 2:00 Great weekend! great trip!!! |
I loved Barber when I went last year (Trip thanks for that tip). I'll probably be going again this year since I have to go to Birmingham for business again this year. I'd love to see a track day. Last time, it was a race school teaching car drivers in Porche 911's.
Cool pics! |

Awesome pics Troy! :rockwoot:
I've been to Barber 3 times, but always for trackdays & failed to tour the museum before. It's on the 'must to' list for a road-trip this year - especially now. |
Kerry, you definitely have to go to the museum. Even the elevator is cool
http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p...cture009-1.jpg Troy, did you see this one? http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p...Picture033.jpg The guy who rode this one around the world (Jim Rogers) wrote a book about it called Investment Biker http://www.amazon.com/Investment-Bik.../dp/1558505296 It was a pretty good read. |
Yeah I saw that one..it was pretty neat! It was ROUGH man :lmao:
Also saw the super-tour Duc http://www.troybaker.com/sbs/trips2010/barb/barb76.jpg Thats an aux tank on the back piped to the main tank :rockwoot: Got lots of pics of that one. From what the chic up front said, there's a boatload more bikes that they keep in the basement storage and they rotate out the displays every once and a while, so there's no telling what you may miss if you go another time :whatwhat: |
