I just bought one to replace mine. Talked to a service rep who said the manufacture date on these is 02/09.

They have the TZ-R Orb helmets for the same price, but I did not verify the manufacture date on those.

Not a bad deal, but hasn't that model been around for 5-6 years? Time for a major update.

They've already come out with a newer model. Probably why these are on closeout.
