Damn that sucks.

Sorry to hear about your loss. My condolences. :(

As for the training.....throw in some cross training and don't forget to stretch. In fact, I devote one workout a week to stretching. I also do hot yoga 3 times a week and have found it has done wonders for my flexibility. All of this helps to keep you injury free!

This is dirty.
I just know it.
It has to be something naughty.
It should at least

Got five miles in today, feel pretty good about this esp since it was 95 degrees, let's hope tomorrow goes well

Damn, dude. Sorry to hear about Smalls' mom. She must have been pretty young, what happened?

Good luck on the half marathon. Hope you can finish it without walking. I really think that would be a great feat, with such a short amount of prep time.

A blood clot in a vein that fed her kidneys lead to a build up of fluid in her body cavity that put stress on her heart and lungs and because of the multiple times putting a breathing tube in the throat was scarred and became inflamed and swelled shut and since they live in the country it took 30 mins for the ambulence to get to their place and the brain damage had been done

Captain Morgan 08-07-2010 05:04 PM

Damn, that's just awful. Sorry for your loss, give my regrets to Smalls.
