Is there really guys like this

I had been hearing this on the radio for a couple of days. this chick met some guy on the street and gave him her biz-card and he leaves her a message. and when she does not return the call he leaves one more.

so I found this guy who does a vid of the thing and re-enacts the thing with the original recording. its priceless:rockout:
