Nothing against the SV's... but after your time on the xb, I think you would be slightly dissappointed on one. but then again I've never ridden a 1K :idk:

A touch over 100hp at the wheel, a little over 70ft-lbs as well... Bought the same torque on the ground as the XB, with more HP... Suspension is relatively terrible (better than the SV650, it's at least fully adjustable), but GSXR shit bolts right up... Can find everything I need on the Bay of E for a few hundred bucks if I pay attention and am patient.

I was originally looking for an SV1k when I started looking into Buells... I still think it's one of the best looking bikes out there... Dump the front forks and replace them with Gixxer shit and they are fucking beautiful.

A friend of mine just bought one, 800 miles on the odo for $6k.

I want to kick your friend in the balls... Hard.
