So it's breach of copyright to show a product in the review of it?
The whole concept just struck me as wrong. Imagine not being able to show a picture of motorcycle rearsets in a review, where you're trying to say what's wrong with them. How about wanting to show how bad a job a photographer did on a job, without being able to show the pictures as proof.
