Don't eat the stuff. Back in the day I would have to say Lucky Charms

Honey Bunches of Oats.
Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
Reeses Peanut Butter Cups.

all with regular milk.

when Im eating healthy, I mix FiberOne cereal with Honey Bunches of Oats and eat it with 2% milk. it gives it somewhat of a flavor and makes me go to the bathroom constantly... YAAAY FIBER YAAAA! :panic:

Cap'n Crunch w/Crunch Berries.

Because Shredded Wheat is for pussies.
