The keyboard will eventually disappear, but it won't be something as stupid as that, it will be integrated into the screen or be some kind of light device like these:

The sad thing is even if Apple came out with that people would still line up for miles to get one.

I think they'll go with voice next... a few of the docs in my hospital use a program called Dragon Natural Speak. that documents what they're saying. pretty fuck'n cool. shits pretty quick too... our Radiologist lives by it.
