If you could only keep one pet. Cat or Dog? If so which one and why?
 

If hypothetically speaking you could only keep one pet would you rather have a cat or a dog. And if so what would your reason be for choosing one over the other?

Dog without question.

If I had to choose between a dog that gave me aids every morning or a cat that pooped gold ducatis, I'd take the dog.

Cat.

Dogs are too much responsibility for me.

Dog. They are more versatile as a companion and aren't strictly an in house pet. I'm sure someone could dredge up a story about a cat that like to go for rides in the car but virtually every dog loves to go! You can take your dog to the park and play "catch" with it. He'll go swimming with you. Hunting, running, walking, fishing, hiking, boating, etc. He'll sit on your lap, he'll watch tv with you. He'll eat what you eat and sleep when you sleep. He's interested in EVERYTHING you say or do. He'll make you laugh and he'll be there when you cry. He'll protect you from danger. He'd give up his last breath to get a pat on the head from you... a dog is a best friend and partner. Heck, dogs have even been known to get guys laid!!! :lol:

Dog. Period. Full stop. End of story.

EVERYTHING that need be said here was just said. system halt, story over, no more questions or arguments.

I'll keep my dog. he keeps me constantly happy with his amusing behavior and love.

Cat, because any animal that will do what I tell it to do, is a fucking idiot.
