My one piece of advice would be to put a little bead of silicone across the sun visor and its mount, because I've had mine pop off a couple of times.

Pin Lock works reasonably well, but it's not perfect. I still get some fogging in very high humidity, with temps around freezing. 40F+ shouldn't be an issue.
