So did you come across more fuses? Or at least...
So did you come across more fuses? Or at least properly check the ones you found? I'm still leaning towards the Kill Switch circuit/Ignition Fuse. It's the most likely thing to stop the pump and...

I hate to point out the obvious of course...But make sure your Kill Switch is in the right position too.

Do you have a manual? Check a wiring diagram to see if something like a tip over switch would kill the fuel pump. It could be set up to stop the pump in case of an accident.
I've heard of Buells...
